Upton gets job, but not everyone is pleased

SIMON UPTONís nomination to be the next Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment has been confirmed by Parliament, but it wasnít unanimous.

New Zealand First says Uptonís eligibility for the job falls at the first hurdle, because as a former National Party MP and cabinet minister, he could not be seen to be impartial.
