The G20 almost turned into the G19 last week over United States President Donald Trumpís intransigence over climate change, the Paris Agreement and the drive to cut global greenhouse gas emissions, prompting public criticism from leaders ranging from Germanyís Angela Merkel to Britainís Theresa May.
