Shareholder action 'sign of things to come'

SHAREHOLDER moves to sue an Australian bank for failing to adequately disclose its financial exposure to climate change are a sign of things to come, a lawyer says.

Two shareholders are seeking an interim injunction stopping the Commonwealth Bank (which owns New Zealand’s ASB Bank) from repeating the mistake.
