NZ safe from global animal emissions discovery

NEW RESEARCH showing the impact of methane from agriculture has been under-estimated doesnít affect New Zealand greenhouse gas measurements.

A paper published in Carbon Balance and Management on Friday says that global methane emissions from livestock were 11 per cent higher in 2011 than scientists thought.
