Two global reports slam NZ's poor climate record

NEW CLIMATE MINISTER James Shaw might have wowed the world with his rhetoric at international climate talks last week, but itís on the policies of his predecessor that New Zealand is still being judged.

And itís not good: two new international reports analysing the performance of countries on climate change put New Zealand among the poorer-performing nations when it comes to tackling climate change.
