DOUBLE TROUBLE: Carbon emissions running wild

NEW ZEALAND'S greenhouse gas emissions blow-out continues unabashed, with net emissions expected to more than double by 2030, despite international pledges to cut them.

The country has promised, under the Paris Agreement, that by 2030, its greenhouse gas emissions will be at least 11 per cent lower than they were in 1990.
