Debate about whether New Zealand can decarbonise without going bankrupt should now be over.

The Productivity Commission an economically dry organisation established as part of an agreement in 2008 for the Act Party to support the National Party in government has this morning released a draft report which says the country can be carbon-neutral by 2050.
