Former Greens leader roasts Shaw's carbon bill

Russel Norman the climate commission has no power whatsoever to actually cut emissions


Climate minister James Shaw will let the climate commission control carbon prices if hes serious about cutting emissions, says the man who preceded him as co-leader of the Green Party.

Russel Norman, now head of Greenpeace New Zealand, gave Shaws zero-carbon bill a roasting when he delivered the annual Bruce Jesson Memorial Lecture in Auckland last night.
