CarboNZero hits the big time

Pioneering New Zealand carbon footprint measurer carboNZero has gone international by tying up a measurement, management and certification partnership with a British company that boasts 30,000 clients in 23 countries.

CarboNZero, owned by state-owned Landcare Research, is to launch a pilot scheme in the utilities sector, and later roll it out to other clients of British-based Achilles Information Ltd which also operates globally in the oil and gas, transport, public, pharmaceuticals, mining, construction and communications technology fields.
