Don't do what NZ did, warns ADB

The dramatic undermining of New Zealandís carbon prices by cheap foreign offsets is being used as a lesson in what not to do when setting up an emissions trading scheme.

In a report on the opportunities and challenges for the Asia/Pacific region of carbon trading, the Asian Development Bank sounds a warning about the consequences of allowing the local market to be flooded with credits from elsewhere.
