COMPANIES with high levels of greenhouse gas emissions are worth less than low-emitting companies, says financial analysis and advisory firm Forsyth Barr.
Listing Fonterra as the country’s most carbon-exposed company, it says a relationship is emerging between company value and the amount of greenhouses gases involved in a business.
